The house elf didn't have to go far, since Daphne was escorting the levitating cat through the foyer as the house elf began to scamper into the house. Coming to a skidding halt, it almost slid across the floor and threatened to smash into Daphne had it not regained it's composure. The house elf glanced warily at the cat that was hovering above it's head with it's claws bared. Daphne looked down at the elf as it bowed slightly and took a step back, away from the cat.
"Mister Zabini is here to see you."
Daphne looked up at Blaise and a bright smile curled on her lips, "Why so he is!" Daphne had a rather maddening look on her face, as she flicked her wand, sending the cat swaying precariously in the air. "See?! This HORRID, vile beast has been destroying my home. I fear there is no hope for it." Sneering at the cat, she jerked her wand, sending the cat swaying in the opposite direction. It continued to try and fight the grip that was on it's tail, clawing at the air, and howling like a cat in it's situation would.
"Look what it's done to my cheek!" Her free hand lifted to brush back her hair from her face to reveal a superficial scratch on her cheek. It wasn't anything too serious, but that wasn't the point in Daphne's mind. It was the fact that the cat thought scratching at her was a good idea. "I think we should just throw it in a sac and toss it into the lake." A devious smirk surfaced as she glanced at Blaise, "What do you think?"
