He smiled, abandoning his breakfast and walking away into the room he had all the paint stored in. Before bringing it back out, holding it over his head. “Well when you’re done. We should start. These walls weren’t paint themselves.” Justin walked over and pulled out a bottle of wine, it was far to early for alcohol in most people’s opinion, but it was never early for wine in Justin’s opinion. “See this is your enthusiasm right here. Enough to get you started and follow through with this project of mine.” He winked and brought over two glasses, pouring one for himself and contemplating the wall in front of him. “I think we’ll start with that one there.”
His next mission, was getting the couches and various other furniture covered, as Megan finished off her breakfast. It really didn’t take that long and Justin busied himself with finding the paint brushes and rollers. He came back out and walked over to the paint cans, cracking one open and smiling deviously. There was no lavender in sight - he had bought a can of blue paint instead. “Sorry, Megan. As much as I love you. There was no way my room was going to be lavender.”
