Andromeda tightened her fingers around the wand, her eyes narrowing. "Carrow," she said, "I almost didn't recognize you." She glanced around quickly, taking in the surrounding shadows as best she could. From what she could remember from her days at Hogwarts, one Carrow was rarely seen without the other.
"Brave of you," she continued, ignoring the stab at her dead daughter, "to be out like this." She pulled the cover of the pram down over Teddy. Of course it was no ordinary child carrier, he would at least be safe inside for the moment. "But I suppose your other half is lurking nearby."
