"I'm definitely planning on taking my wand." She nodded, "I think I'll take my mum and dad's too, just in case anything does happen. It's better to be safe than sorry, and I'd never forgive myself if I let something happen to them." She shook her head, not wanting to think about if anything did happen to them. She'd been thinking about it far too much since the Weasley deaths as it was. Instead, she focused her attention on listening to Seth talk about his family, and found herself generally interested. She'd only asked the question in the first place as polite banter, but the more she listened, the more she wanted to hear. And hearing Seth's voice didn't help her want to listen any less.
"You didn't bore me," she said, shaking her head. "Your family sounds lovely, too. Very lively. There's so many perks to being the baby, isn't there? I always used to get my brother in trouble for things that I did, and then he'd be told off, saying how he should be setting a good example for me." She smirked slightly, then rolled her eyes. "Of course there's the negatives. Like mum crying about the last of her babies flying the nest, so I try and visit them when I can so she doesn't get too upset. But otherwise, we have a pretty good relationship. Now she has Rebecca to babysit, she's calmed down a lot."
She picked up her fork again and started eating, before looking at him again. "You know, it's really easy to talk to you. I'm really enjoying myself."
