Ginny leaned forward and snagged a couple of crackers out of Charlie's box, popping one in her mouth. They weren't bad actually and were all she really felt like eating right then too.
"If you're sure," she replied in reference to staying with him. "I don't know what I'm going to do now. I suppose it's back to my list of jobs that I can get without needing my N.E.W.T.'s."
She was referring to her journal entry about things she could do if she didn't end up taking her exams. She had managed to get through her exams, though it had been rough going back into the Great Hall where all she could see was Fred's body lying on the floor. It had taken her a good half hour to get her mind off it and onto what she was supposed to be doing. Now though, her reasons for going back to that list were entirely different. She couldn't rely on her parents to get her through until she finished her final year. She had to do something now.
"Though really, I don't need the list," she realised. "I just need to find out which Quidditch teams have try-outs coming up and hope I make it onto one of them."
