Seth smirked at her description of girls lined up outside his office, desperate for a date. "That's pretty accurate actually," he joked, winking at her. There had been a few who had hinted that they were dateless, but Seth had known exactly who he wanted to ask, for a number of reasons.
He sipped his drink and smiled as she kissed his cheek. "As if I could possibly conceive of attending this ball with anyone else, Ms Chang," he teased. "Would you like to dance? I assure you I am an exceptional dancer."
Seth saw no benefit in being modest or denying his skill, and given the stumbling of some he had witnessed on the dance floor already, he wanted to reassure Cho that her toes were safe with him.
