The Atrium, right. Cheeks flushed a bright pink as she cleared her throat, realizing that for the brief moment they had, she stopped breathing. Allowing him to take her hand, Daphne followed him towards the music.
Dancing. That's right, that is what was expected of them, wasn't it? Glancing at the other people enjoying the music, she suddenly felt insecure. She wasn't very fond of dancing, which was why she didn't attend the Yule Ball. Of course, her mother gave her dancing lessons as a child, it was just something Daphne really found enjoyable.
At this point, though, Daphne was so tired of protesting everything she just gave in. Rolling her eyes just to show she wasn't happy about dancing, her free hand moved to rest on his shoulder. "Do you plan on staring at me all night, now?" Her gaze was still fixated on him, as the corner of her lips threatened to curl into a smirk, but just twitched instead.
