The scene was endearing and something Alicia greatly needed to see. Since the war, she had felt as if everyone had gone their own separate ways to continue their lives. It was what they had to do and usually made things easier to handle. Seeing everyone together, after the death of so many people they cared about, it was hard to see at times. Perhaps that was why Alicia had wanted to play for Appleby, and had chosen to live so far from London. She didn't think about that, though. She was here to spend much needed time with Oliver and Katie.
"Of course we know. Besides, I'm sure the quaffles kicked your arse to the curb a few times already." She was joking, of course, and gave both Oliver and Katie a wide grin as she made her way into the shop. The smell was almost overwhelming and reminded Alicia of the many times her mother had spent hours in the kitchen baking. It was rare that she did that these days after her time in Azkaban. There was a brief moment where she felt an uncomfortable sting in the corner of her eye, but she let it past. She didn't need to drudge up sad emotions right now. Perhaps later over a few pints, or a bottle of firewhiskey.
Katie was first to receive a warm hug from Alicia. They really did take care of each other, which they had to with Angelina being...Alicia shook her head and gave Katie's shoulder a pat. "You can brag all you want, Kates, but we all know who the best is." That was also followed by a chuckle as Alicia turned to Oliver. "Don't go getting all emotional on us just yet, Oliver." Leaning up, Alicia gave him a tight, warm hug. "Don't make me take cheap shots against you to make sure you're still with us on the pitch."
