There was no expectation on Hermione's part for Ron to be pleased with the idea of her leaving, but that's what she was doing, no matter how unhappy he looked about it. She would probably manage to feel guilty about it later, but she didn't know how much good her being here was doing anyway.
When he told her to come here, Hermione obliged, getting up from her chair and moving to stand by the edge of the bed. Leaning down, she kissed him gently, careful not to touch any of the bruises on his face.
"I'll come by tomorrow," she promised, taking a step back. "I'll tell Harry to drop your journal off later, too." She realised he may not be able to use it just yet, but at least it would give him something to read and a means of communication if he really needed it.
"Feel better," she said with a tone of finality, allowing him the smallest of smiles before she turned on her heel and left.
