Harry wasn't sure how far Hermione had gotten, maybe she'd gone all the way home. He only had to take one step out of the room to realise that wasn't the case and his first thought was Bloody hell, she's crying. He never knew what to do with crying girls and Hermione was no exception. She'd done it a few times over the years though - usually Ron's fault.
He realised he'd forgotten that she sometimes yelled when she didn't really mean it and obviously she was just as upset as she was angry right now.
"I'm not going to say anything." He reached for her instead, drawing her into a hug. "Ron wants you to go back in and talk to him," he told her. "Whenever you're ready."
