"I know," Hermione admitted. She was tired now, too. "And I'm looking forward to that one day. Perhaps we could even go outside?" she teased him. The only occasions she had seen Ron lately was when one of them showed up at the other's flat.
"A lot more productive," she agreed. "Plus I wouldn't have to waste time explaining to everyone why you looked like someone just ate your last chocolate frog." Heading to the refrigerator, she took out a jug of pumpkin juice and brought it across to the table, pouring them a glass each and then taking her seat.
Immediately curious when Ron mentioned not knowing if she had seen him talking to Harry about something, Hermione hadn't, and supposed this was the news. She had been waiting until he had actually eaten something to ask, but apparently he couldn't wait.
"Full Aurors?" she repeated, surprised. "But you haven't even finished your training yet." Hermione wasn't sure what to think. She was happy for them, since that was what they had been aiming for all along. But she didn't like the idea of them being promoted without their full training behind them, either.
And she didn't even touch on the subject of money.
