Placing her hand against his, Alicia gave a shrug. "No. And sounding sure of ourselves is well and good, but they're still Death Eaters. They may not have a dark lord directing them, but they're still a danger to us." Alicia found herself chewing on the inside of her cheek and quickly stopped.
Everything was happening too soon. Far too soon. They were just getting over the initial wave of loss. "I suppose it's alright since they haven't ki--" But she cut herself short, making a face. "At least no one's gotten hurt." The 'yet' that threatened to trail after her statement nearly came out, but she held it back. Glancing down at their hands, Alicia fell silent once more.
There had been five ticks of the clock before she spoke again. "We can't be like them, George. We can't go after them looking for a fight. Or revenge. It won't end well."
