He'd gone home, leaving House to do whatever the hell he wanted at the hospital. Normally it was Wilson who stayed late but...right then he just wanted to get home. So after making a nice, spicy curry he poured it over some rice and moved to sit on the couch with that and a beer. Turning on re-runs of some old show, he settled back, ate his curry and watched TV. After he'd finished the beer and the curry, he set the bottle and bowl aside, curling up on the couch a little.

Now he was starting to feel lonely.

Sulking a bit, he hugged a pillow to his chest and then closed his eyes. With a sigh he drifted to sleep, snoring softly as he napped.
