~Character Info~ Full Name: Norn Ianthe Fortner Version: Canon Character Journal: ofortuna, should I get approved. Personal Journal: meloncheck on LJ, I don't use IJ often. Series: OC Appearance: Pale orange hair held up in pigtails by skull shaped hair ties, red eyes with white pupils, and tan skin. Wears a Lolita-esque outfit, with a flower on her head that changes based on her mood. Personality: Fluctuates often, given her condition. Normally, she's brash and outgoing and loves cute things. Elizabeth, spirit number one, is charismatic and manipulative. Narcissus, spirit number two, is..well, a narcissist. He's in love with himself, and wants nothing more than to get out of Norn's body, though he treats hers as his own. Not to be confused with the mythological youth Narcissus, however~ Talents/Weaponry/Abilities/etc: Specializes in summoning. She fights using a summoning tome that she also uses to keep tabs on people she meets. If you give her your name, she becomes able to summon you at any point in time, though she can only summon that particular person or creature up to ten times a day. It varies based on that person's strength. Background: Born as a devil,(different from a demon in her world, devils can be summoned against their will, demons have to sign contracts before being open for summoning)she was used to making people happy. In love with her job, she worked her way up the list for commonly summoned devils, and became a workaholic. However, an accident leaves her sharing her body with two ghosts, neither of which share her love of work. Because of this, she drops on the popularity list, to her horror. To add to her suffering, she develops an illness that causes her to hop between worlds and dimensions involuntarily. RP Sample: "Hngh...what is this place...?" An orange haired girl dusts herself off, groaning. She touched her arm-- it wasn't broken, but she still winced noticeably. In her mind's ear, she could hear two voices..an irritated, male one being the loudest. 'You stupid girl, you've gone and gotten my body all dirty! Be more careful!' 'Indeed. I thought you were smart; you should've been able to land on your feet.'
"Liz, I'm not a cat..." She whined, the flower on her head wilting.
'What did I tell you?!' She reeled in pain as she was slapped by...her own hand? 'You are to address me as "Madame"!' Anyone that'd been looking probably would've thought she was insane. Maybe she was. She hoped she was insane. Or maybe just dreaming. Yes, that's it, this was all a dream... She wanted to wake up soon.
