He soars right over the Mad Hatter, does a 90 degree turn with the help of a cable attached to a batarang and looped around the most solid thing in the alley. This brings him into perfect punching range of the man holding the girl, who goes flying. He positions himself between the young victim and the Hatter. Robin, seen out of the corner of his eye, can take care of the henchmen.]
I don't think the lady appreciates your poetry, Hatter.
[He has not failed to notice the fact that he's traveled through a glowing portal into an alternate universe--he is, after all, the world's greatest detective. Everything looks a bit off, Robin is short but has pants on, no one's jaw is as square as his, but compared to the other alternate universes he's been to, this one seems to be having an incredibly ordinary Gotham evening.]
