Prompt Submission: until 15 August 2008 Claiming: 16 August until 18 August 2008 Posting Period: 19 August until 18 October 2008
SUBMITTING PROMPTS
During the time the first prompts are submitted, the time will be open until there are enough prompts. Depending on how the outcome is, the time for submitting new prompts for the next round will be determined.
You can submit up to three prompts. They have to be about different pairings, but they can belong to the same categories.
The categories are Classic Who, New Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures, Mash Up (characters from one show appearing in another - ie Owen meeting the Doctor, but not Jack meeting up with the Doctor) and Crossovers. Additionally the categories (if there are enough prompts) will be divided into Slash, Het, Gen and Mixed (eg m/m/f).
When submitting a prompt, please state the category, the pairing and the prompt (don't limit it too much though). You can also add optional things you'd like to see and things you don't want to see.
Prompts not claimed (or fullfilled), will be passed to the next round.
CLAIMING A PROMPT
Once the Submission Phase is closed, you will have a week to claim up to three prompts. You can post your work elsewhere while the round is still running, but I ask that you post the full story to this community instead of just a link to your journal for archiving purposes.
When writing a fic for a prompt it should be at least 500 words long. You can start on a prompt prior to claiming (but not posting!) and hope to be first in claiming it. All ratings are welcome!
POSTING PHASE
Once the claiming period is over you will have two(2) months to post your story.
When posting your fic, please use the following header:
If you haven't finished any of your claims, you won't be able to participate (claim something) in the next round. --> If you claim two prompts and only post a finished(!) fic (or art) for one of them, then you will still be able to participate in the next round.
IF ANYTHING IS STILL UNCLEAR (OR CONTRADICTING) THEN DON'T HESITATE TO ASK
