"It's pathetic. And human." Love was disgusting and yet it fueled her. She thought her time spent in Hell had shredded all that humanity, but apparently she was mistaken. She thought if she tried hard enough to think about him, that she would no longer have those feelings. But it made her grow insane and she was left talking to another poor excuse for creature of the darkness. "We are pathetic."
Of course, Spike had his nerve of judging her. At least she didn't love a sworn enemy. Weren't vampires suppose to kill slayers? Not fuck them. And yet here he was blubbering about her and drinking until he passed out. "It's getting awfully loud in here," she rubbed her temples. "Can't-Can't be here..Too hot." She hopped off her stool and made a dash for the exit doors. When she reached the outside corridors, she felt more relaxed, but tensed up again when she heard footsteps behind her. "Why do you love her Spike?"
She never talked about Buffy with Angel, because it always seemed like a sore subject to both of them.
