Look, outside whatever bad karma I've inherited thanks to my floozy alter-ego, I don't have a dog in this fight. You're both grown ass adults with more trauma between you than a fucking Jerry Springer episode. If she literally told you to hurt yourself -- and you're not projecting -- and if you literally told her -- and she wasn't projecting -- all that other shit... then yeah, you shouldn't be talking to each other all ever. Go with God into avoiding each other 'till the end of time, 'cause holy shit you're triggering the fuck out of each other.
