Quentin wasn't sure just how long he'd been there, but he was sure it was past just a matter of mere hours, maybe days at this point - when things didn't change keeping track of time felt like an impossible task. And he was far too busy dealing with the roaming monsters and the fucked up circumstances of wherever he'd ended up to worry too much about exactly how much time had passed and instead was focused on both staying alive and finding a way out of this hell scape.
He found that carcass that Alexis had told him about any number of times still there, still looking very much like it must have when she was here, and he used it to hide himself while he took just a few moments to try and open a portal. It was the kind of magic that he'd be better off doing with Margo, or anyone else at all. But there was no one here to help him, he was going to have to do this one his own if he was going to make it out of here.
Lifting his hands, Quentin worked a few complicated motions with his fingers, light sparking between his hands in the hopes that a window would open, just large enough for himself to fit through back to Dunwich or anywhere else - he hadn't lived through everything he'd done to die in a place like this. And instead as the magic fizzled out there was nothing, and then a beat later a bunny fell on to the ground before him. "Lost," It said in that familiar rasping voice and he couldn't help but laugh, startled and choked off as he held back any further celebrating. This was something, if he could get a rabbit here, then he could send it back, they had their own kind of magic, honestly, he should ask them about it later but for now he hard the sound of a distant roar.
He picked the rabbit up, held it close and whispered in his ear the message to pass along and where to go. And then released it.
Back in Dunwich, in the small house they'd moved into earlier this year, the rabbit dropped out of nothingness landing in front of Filip. "Need help. Love Q."
