My advice is to try to stay connected. When I first got here, it took me time just to believe it was safe to go outside again. Re-connecting with nature helped a lot. Connecting with people is important too. The friends I've made here are a big help.
Normal in Dunwich is tricky. Do the things you've wanted to do, but thought you couldn't. I have a job and I go to college. I never thought I'd be able to do those things. I have a life here. That's a good thing.
