Jim couldn't help but frown when Meggan spoke some of her fears about the possibility of children, "I would think any children you might have would be amazing because they were like you." He admitted, it felt impossible to him for them to seem anything but, but Meggan had always been amazing to him too, from the moment they'd met, the creature coming out of the fog looking unlike anything Jim had ever seen before. And now to this woman who sat with him now. How could her children be anything less than spectacular?
He didn't have to be a genius to understand what Meggan was asking even if she didn't quite say it. "We're friends." He said with an amused grin on his face, "Just friends." To really make sure she understood that there was nothing that had gone on between them - Christine was very beautiful and maybe he'd have taken her up on an offer, but they'd never gotten to that part and he wasn't really looking for that either. "I think they're all worth knowing, no matter how complicated it is."
