It's always nice seeing people out and about, no one hiding because of the weather or monsters or weird interpersonal relationship drama, things are just what they are - and he'd relieved. He's not exactly in a hurry to get drunk tonight, but he's got himself a drink to sip on and he's happy to talk to anyone who is interested. He's even left the tie at home tonight.
