Teppanyaki is a Japanese way of cooking with an iron griddle called a teppan. At some restaurants, they cook the food in front of you and do tricks like juggle knives or flip food into the air and make it land in your mouth or make an onion volcano or toss a egg in the air and catching it on a spatula to crack it open. I can do the egg trick! And a few other tricks too. Cooking can be a performance art.
