Now that I have unpacked my (admittedly meager) belongings into the (much too large for one person but much better reviewed than the smaller option) flat I've rented out, and considering that I have been gifted a casserole (which seems to be the go-to welcome for America), I've been told that I ought to more properly introduce myself (at least, in such a way that doesn't start off with disbelieving profanity).
If you couldn't tell by the sheer number of parentheticals above, this isn't precisely my strong suit.
My name is Laz. I'm British (and... French and Italian, but raised in the UK), but I'll be living here for the next six months. I'm still working for my firm in the UK while living here, on their business hours, so I expect that I'll become quite well acquainted with the town purveyors of caffeine. Cheers to you, in advance.
And, somewhat inexplicably, I'm dating Laila Khan. What a wonder.
