Most of it will be done the afternoon of the reception itself. The fruit needs to be cut as fresh as possible, and all the toppings will mostly be prepared fresh as well. There's a couple of things that can be done the evening before. If you'd like to assist, I'll grab an extra apron for you. Maybe I'll even get it specially embroidered.
I figured if I had the opportunity to share in the wealth of food, you'd be one to appreciate it.
