Hour 4: Infectious
Terry has an important announcement that the organizers want him to read.

Terry!

Sorry.

(Ahem.)

Just wanted to warn everybody that some of our prompts and banners might be unintentional triggers. If so, we're sorry. We know there's some serious shit going down in the world right now, and we don't take that lightly. Although our prompts are inspired by real-life events, our banners aren't meant to imply any connection to the real-world pandemic. It's just that our way of dealing with everything is to write it out. When life gives you lemons, whip up a lemon drop cocktail, amirite?

That said, on to our next prompt.

La Casa de Papel (Tokio/Rio)

Tokio loves Rio's smile. It was that - not his constantly badgering her, not the solid feel of his chest or his steel-hard biceps - that made her finally give in to him. It was silly and sincere and as infectious as any disease, and she had no immunity. It was that that made her go further, letting we're-bored-let's-fuck evolve into something more essential, something she needs to stay alive.

But now, in the blurred images they show on the news, Rio's face is broken, bruised, unsmiling. They've taken him away from her and she won't rest until they pay.

Oh, this is so lovely and then it takes such a fierce turn at the end. I would not like to be on Tokio's list.
