Terry had figured this was coming -- the bit about him not being guilty for what had happened. He just wasn't sure what to do about it right now. How did they play judge and jury in the end of the world? Maybe some kind of vote, or meeting to discuss it would be in order... "That isn't a bad idea, Jasmine... finding a book, I mean. Though I'm not sure how useful it'll be. I don't know." Honestly, Terry wasn't happy that Jasmine was leaving the hotel at all, considering how well she did with the creatures living in the streets. Now that she'd discovered her abilities, though... maybe she would have more confidence -- "I'll do it. I'll check in on him. I can try and bring him something else, some kind of meat if I can manage it. I don't know that we really have anything, though."
Hunting parties soon.
Terry nodded as she explained herself, and who was going, headed back into his room to find the pistol she'd given him the day they'd met. It seemed like so long ago now, already, which was ludicrous given how short a period of time it'd actually been. Life seemed to move at a different pace these days. "At least Joyce and Tayne are going with you," he commented, confident in them. He wasn't so sure about KJ, but he didn't know her well. A moment later, Terry returned with the pistol in hand, not sure he liked the idea of being without protection while they were gone, but knowing better than to let her leave without it. "Just promise to be safe," he told her. "Erin's well-being, and entertainment for the kids... is not more important than the four of you. And I want to know when you get back."
