Re: Roof, near a skylight
"I was sweet as I was pure, honey," Jules said, enjoying Zee's laugh the same way he always enjoyed all things where real nice looking men were concerned. He swatted at Zee when he got all serious about not being trash. "Oh, honey, I don't go putting a lot of stock in what other folks think about me, and I can be trashy as I like and still be good as the next boy. I got done with all that labeling and name calling years ago. It's only got the weight you give it." He just glanced on down when those fingers closed on his wrist. "I always look for fairy tales, Zee. I'm a romantic, and I can't help myself. I want Cindy to have her Prince, and I want Belle to realize her Beast is just fine the way he is." He held Zee's intense gaze while he said the words, dropping his pale gaze just once to watch the thumb against his wrist. "What you so worked up over?"
