Ms. Tierney. Nikolai couldn't deny that Bailey had been by his side practically the whole time, even if after his ordeal it might not have been such a good idea after all to keep her that close. He didn't blame her, nor did he think there was anything wrong with her, but he didn't know anything about the unstable side of her and he wasn't that keen on being at the other end of a sharp pointy thing any time soon.
"I don't even know what day it is," he said, averting his gaze for a moment. It'd come back to him eventually, and everything would go back to normal. That's what everyone kept telling him and frankly buying into their bullshit was a lot easier than trying to work things out on his own.
"I tell you anything if I could but I don't remember nothing." Or was it everything? Something? Anything? His coherency had been impaired by an onslaught of chemicals in the brain, and he lowered his head and rubbed his eyes.
"He knows," Nikolai admitted quietly, almost as if he was talking to himself. They were all mad, and he wasn't that much luckier even if he didn't have a loopy sadist in his head.
"Sisterfucker knows what happened but he's... he's gone off in head somewhere, and I can't leave room."
