Re: Forum Shops
This Bat was harder than the one she knew, scarier even. Everything about him was angles and harsh lines and she wondered what had happened to him that made him that way considering it was his fault that the Joker was the way he was. Maybe it was Batman's fault that Ivy and Catwoman were who they were. She wasn't so far gone as to forget all of her psychiatric training and he was far more interesting than the morons milling about below.
She laughed hollowly when he said that she'd had her fun. "Don't point your Batarangs at me. I'm just following orders like a good little pet," Harley replied, her tone becoming more bitter as she spoke. "You'll have to take your complaints to the owner but I don't know where she is. Best ask one of the guards to take you to their Mistress." She quickly went from bitter to disinterested, as if it hardly mattered. In the grand scheme of things, it didn't. Who she was supposed to be was too unbelievable for her right now, primarily because she was lacking the key ingredient. The Joker. She missed him.
"Don't pretend like you care, Bat. It's a break for you, isn't it? Knowing that little ol' Harley isn't even worth the trouble." She was back to anger again but she wouldn't attack him. There was to way she'd ever get the upper hand and she had no intention of going to jail anytime soon. Harley was fairly certain that she could escape with relative ease though, quick as she was on her feet.
