Who: Thor, Loki What: Thor goes looking for his brother When: Immediately following this Where: Las Vegas Ratings: Probably going to be some for Norse God violence, but otherwise tame.
Thought before action was rarely Thor's strong point -- he was still too brash when it came to fighting and no amount of time on Midgard could change that. But his time on Nidavellir had given him some insight, the long hours transmuted into something of a working goal where Loki was concerned. His brother tended to stay at the forefront of a battle for the opening shots before moving steadily backwards, protecting himself, letting those who fought with sword and hammer and mace to go before him. Distance, even that of a few feet, gave him better use of his magic.
If he knew his brother, and Thor still liked to believe that he did even with all that had passed between them, Loki was watching. There was no stopping the lightning that crackled over Mjolnir's surface, or the clouds that began to form over Vegas. There wasn't even a consideration that Thor should try to hide his presence in the city as he flew into the air, his cloak starkly red against the backdrop of the sky.
He had a suspicion that like New York, Loki would pick elevated ground and he began his search there. At the small of his back, the leather roll with the manacles remained cold.
