The appearance of help was greatly appreciated, especially since the street was starting to clear of innocent bystanders, and Doreen was itching for a fight. This had to be the biggest thing, literally, she had ever faced up against, but she wasn't afraid. It was her duty as an officially registered superhuman to protect mankind, and she was going to make sure this menace was taken off the streets.
She glanced over the two other girls, wondering who they were. She was fairly good at knowing the other superhumans, especially since most of them had trading cards that she collected. This would prove to be more challenging than she thought. She tried to pull up "lindworm" on her watch, but only got information that was less than helpful.
She reached down and stretched for a moment before using her clawed fingers and special shoes to climb the nearest telephone pole. It was harder than usual, since it was covered in ice, but she got just enough traction to get to the top. She wanted a clearer idea of what was going on. She could see the lindworm just to the left, and also another threat. She squinted. Was that?
"Hey girls?" She called out from her perch. "We've got two problems. Lindworm about 200 yards to the left and we have the Hulk smashing things beyond that." Two threats meant that they had to work twice as fast and as hard, but she could do it. She closed her eyes and slowly, squirrels started trickling into the area, amassing under the pole. Now... now they had an army.
