Iris was expecting a retaliation when she pulled back on the straight jacket, so the sudden movement and being pinned to the wall didn't come as a surprise. It did knock the breath out of her for a moment though, leaving her gasping to catch it even as Gus slipped down and ran away. Something eased as she watched him hurry away. She hadn't thought much past getting him away from Selina, and that at least was done. Even if she was starting to have problems pulling a breath past the pressure on her throat.
She was starting to see her heartbeat in grey when she heard the growl come from Finch.Somewhere in her mind, she recalled the training she'd had with the aide dogs from several years back, and knew that Finch's growl meant nothing good. She was about to attempt a step away when the new voice arrived, cutting over the growl and the unfollowable babble from Gus. She did nothing more than turn her head to see the owner of the voice that filled the space, and was rewarded with the sight of a solid shadow where no shadow should be. She blinked once, twice, eyes huge behind lenses that did nothing to help her make sense of things.
