Re: Elevator: Inside [Increasing violence]
The give of his knees was sudden and she nearly let him drop to the floor, but another shift of her hips had him pinned where he stood, the wall half supporting him so that he wouldn't slide down. The slack expression of his face and roll of his eyes was satisfying in a way little else was, and she hissed out a "yes" against his ear. This was how it was meant to be, his spirit crushing along with those delicate wings.
The scowl didn't leave her face, not after he began speaking about forgiveness, and her laughter didn't stop. It was uncontrollable, manic, continuing even when she pressed her lips together between her teeth. She only stopped long enough to grit out "Not me" before she yanked again on his wing, harder the second time than the first, the paper wing separating half-way from his body. She felt the separation in the way there was more give to it, and she let out a little victorious sound from between her clenched teeth. With it pulling away, she spidered her fingers open and shut again, gathering more of the paper within her grasping fist. "Beg more," she insisted, eyes alight with sadistic satisfaction.
