The wolf was stubborn enough to keep trying to tear the metal from her neck despite the fact that it was a fruitless effort, but it made his teeth ache and with her thumb in the way he'd only end up hurting her in the process; he didn't want that. Still, he made a disgruntled sound when she told him to stop. He wanted to ask why, not liking the thought of a permanent collar on someone he currently thought of as his, but he could do that later, when he hadn't all but forgotten how to form words.
He pressed himself more fully against her when she hooked her leg over his hip, thrusts coming quicker and harder, and he whined at the feel of it. He gripped her thighs tighter, and he dragged his teeth along her jaw, and it was an entirely unthinking thing when, a second later, he crushed his mouth against hers. It was a kiss that wasn't really a kiss; it was demand and tongue and wordless claim, taking far more than it gave.
