Draco was stunned into silence for a few minutes as they walked. There were loaded statements there. He knew that Harry didn't quite know everything, but he wanted to be with him anyway? That was huge. It was something he expected from Pansy. She had proven her loyalty, but he wondered vaguely if this interest in men, subconsciously, had kept him from going to find her. It was a strong possibility.
The resolve was impressive. Draco had his own strength, but Harry had more to lose. His friends would think he was positively mad, but here he was, making a strong statement, even if they turned as red as Weasley's hair. "At least maybe they will get my better side for the papers?" he joked, but it was his way of accepting what would come, and saying he was ready for it.
"I will tell you a secret, and you are going to say you know already. I don't hate muggle London, or really muggles, even though they are ridiculous." He shrugged, feeling lighter as they proceeded into the city.
