"Slytherins are cautious. We like to plan a lot." He frowned when Harry left to talk to George, and even more when he heard his name. He didn't really want to draw attention to himself, at least not here. There was a time and place for that.
His gaze shifted somewhat, taking note of the odd declaration that they were together. George seemed to look at him, wondering what they were doing here together, but then seemed to focus his attention back to Potter. Draco normally would have held back and just waited, but he took the initiative to step forward and talk to them. "Potter was just worried that you would turn my hair green. He seems to like the blond." The corner of his lips turned up, and he looked over the store.
"What do you have that's new? I was thinking of lightening up the manor. It's a bit like a mausoleum." He was trying, just by speaking, and actually asking a question. His attitude wasn't superior, just normal, quiet and reserved. It was different from the obnoxious boy he was at Hogwarts before 6th year.
