"I told you I would," Andrew said, turning off the hazards, pulling back into traffic. Andrew was true to his word if he said he was going to do something, not that Trystan would notice now. Nor was it time to debate the fact that the boy looked awful.
"I should warn you that I just learned to drive on this side of the road," he offered as a joke. It was pretty lame, and not quite true. Andrew had traveled a lot, and he could drive. He did have an urge or two to veer to the other side.
Andrew for his part, was a little nervous. He had no experience with addicts, or this side of life. He wasn't sure what to do now that he had Trystan with him, other than try to take care of him. The thought of dragging him into the Wynn literally, was interesting. This was going to be hard to escape notice. He wanted to ask what happened, but that would wait until they got inside. He thought about taking him to a hospital to be checked, but he was pretty sure the boy would never trust him again, so he pressed on.
"Just relax. We'll be there in a few minutes." There was also the valet. He was going to be condemned for this. He quickly decided he would park himself. He looked over at Trystan again. This was going to be different, much different from the last time.
