Those are Jaime Lannister's thoughts. What a bastard.
Arya was using the term as it was used in Nell's world and not her own, but Nell simply nodded in agreement. It was obvious to the both of them (through experience for Arya, and the book and tv show for Nell) that the young boy in question was Tyrion Lannister. It surprised Arya that the Kingslayer knew how to care for someone, even if it was his own brother. Any sympathy she might have had for the man was cut short by his disgusting thoughts of his sister, and the knowledge that he was the man who had ruined Bran's life by pushing him out of the window. Arya did not care that the man loved his brother. She would still whisper his name on her death list when she went to sleep at night.
Blackness invaded her thoughts, and both girls braced themselves for what was coming next.
