[He'd missed Dallas' call a few days ago, and not entirely by accident. Alexis was busy, of course, but also - he'd been feeling more than a little avoidant since the party in the warehouse. Still, he knew he couldn't ignore Dallas outright indefinitely. As he waits for someone to meet him downtown, he calls.

Ring, ring]

He stills gets some looks, but he's managed to explain the bruises and the scars away as the result of a minor fender-bender.
