[Loras is not constantly in his head. Dallas will occasionally notice that his mind seems particularly quiet, and on these occasions Loras seems distracted. Elsewhere. Mourning.

Luckily his daughter is with the sitter for another few hours, so Dallas is able to head to Passages straight from the office. As he is pulling into the parking lot, Loras seems to... wake up, almost. Dallas barely has time to show Loras his memory of the conversation with Renly before he is being forced through the front door and down the hall at a flat-out run. With barely any time to fumble with his key, he stumbles through the door and Loras lands on the other side.

A glance around tells him that he is in King's Landing. He steps into a nearby alcove and pulls out his journal.]
