They have to stay with random wizards who can control their lives and their actions. When Draco Malfoy (who still hasn't found his mate) is to be send to a resentful Ronald Weasley, Harry Potter is strangely worried. Harry takes Draco into his own care and they're both happy about it, they just don't realize why.
Summary: When the Ministry passes a new law taking away the rights and freedom of magical creatures, Harry fears for the safety of Draco Malfoy and takes him in. What happens next is a miracle of Fate.
