Alex & Ilsa & Open
Ilsa hadn't been paying attention either, nibbling on a giant cookie she'd bought at one of the market stalls and people watching. She always liked coming to these sorts of events, maybe she ought to get a stall of her own to try and sell some of her art work, or would that be a step backwards? Maybe she could talk to one of her old professors about it and get their opinion...
Something crashed into her, knocking the cookie out of her hand and down to the ground, breaking into a couple pieces. And she nearly followed it onto the pavement but for someone grabbing her arm, apologizing for bumping into her. Ilsa glanced down a bit mournfully at the now ruined treat and then to the person who'd bumped into her.
He looked a little familiar but she couldn't quite place where she might have seen him before. "Dinnae worry about it." If she'd been in a worse mood she probably would have told him he owed her a cookie, but it wasn't the end of the world in the great scheme of things. "Have we met before? Seems like I've seen you around somewhere."
