Has anyone ever had to send their laptop back to the manufacturers to get it fixed/replaced? Where did you get it from, and how difficult/easy was it?

i took mine to the apple store which is pretty much like sending it in since i had to leave it there. they were super awesome about it. my warranty had expired and they replaced my hard drive for free!

i took my mac in because i sprayed it with windex and i only had it for a week so they fixed it for free when it should have cost me 800 dollars according to the apple man on the phone
