yoga works amazingly. i do wii fit stuff and theres yoga and aerobics, you see results almost instantly. i just started up again and have been doing it for two weeks, rarely skipping any days and the damage from the holidays is finally going away and im toning up. it makes your body really sore the first time you do it because it stretches everything but at least you know its working and it makes you feel better overall so the muscle aches at first are definitely worth it

laugh more. seriously, full out laughter. and yeah it's not real working out` but when your doubled over in laughter it improves your mood and works your entire abdominal.
