saying the Zoloft caused him to do it, i would say he wasnt in a right mind and could be mentally unstable to understand what he was doing.
this is the reason why i think the case is so interesting. some argue that yes, the medication made him unstable, but in his case, after he committed the murder he set the house on fire, took his grandparent's gun + car as well as 33 dollars and then left. when he was finally picked up he told police he had been kidnapped. so he was unstable when he killed them, but yet he had it somewhere in his mind to make a plan and a getaway?
