Divierto, do you have a type? I've been told a lot of times that my standards are too high and that's why I'm not meeting anyone. Is it so much to ask that a guy is tall, cute in an awkward way, has an AMAZING sense of humor, and doesn't smoke?
Would you just give up and see if you could settle? Or, see if a different type worked for you? I'm just not sure what to do. I feel like ...you know, I'm not 45 yet, so why settle?

today i blew my sephora gift certificate on this and i absolutely love it. actually i smelled a lot of these clean fragrances and really liked them but the fresh laundry was the best, imo.

does anybody else have the WORST allergies this year? my allergies get pretty bad from time to time but i honestly think this is the worst they've ever been. my voice is half gone, i can't breathe, my throat and chest hurt so bad, and i can't sleep because i'm afraid i'm going to stop breathing and/or throw up.
i wanna come home from school and watch the inauguration, but i feel like i'm just going to fall asleep :(

I was watching MTV this morning and there was a song on...they didn't show the name and I wanna know what band it was. It was in during...FNMTV? It was 7 AM here.
I didn't hear the lyrics exactly...but it showed some guy walking down a hallway at a school and everyone was staring at him. The guy was wearing a shirt with a really long V-neck. Then it showed them sitting on some benches at a football field.
Then it cut out to some other song. D: Can anyone tell me what this song is?

I had this best friend of fourteen years, and we had this ridiculous falling out... And honestly she wasn't a very good friend at all to me, it was sort of a one way friendship most of the time... but sometimes I still miss her terribly.
What about you, Divierto? Is there anyone in your past like that? Someone that you know wasn't any good for you but still you miss them sometimes?
I know I'm better off without her, but still. It happens, that I think of her and go... wow, I wonder how she is.

i hate when a nice relaxing day is ruined by coworkers asking me if i could work for them tonight. tuesdays are the busiest nights and i absolutely hate working them, but i think i'm the only person who can cover her because the only other person who has tuesday off is at the inauguration and i feel bad saying no... even though i'm covering a shift tomorrow and working a double on saturday for someone else :-[

i lived in the country out in the middle of nowhere for 16 years. we never ever had an ant problem.
four months into this apartment in a city, there are ants because they found pet food. this is driving me insane.
have any of you had an ant problem? what did you do? have they come back at all?
we've been looking up solutions of course, but i'd like to hear your stories if you have any.

Have any of you used Wii Fit and got good results? We just bought it on Saturday and I've already lost 2 pounds with it, combined with eating healthier. I've read a lot about it online and it seems like people think it's just a gimmick/piece of crap, what do you think?

I have some questions :/
So in about a year or so I'm going to start working as a nurse and I'm excited. Problem is I have 13 piercings, 11 of which are visible. So do you guys think it's better to take them out or get retainers? I'm hoping I can stick with the retainers because I feel so naked without my piercings. But another thing is that I have an industrial and was wondering is there even a retainer for that one? And if so where can I find them? I tried at the local piercing shop but no luck.

so I was late paying my tuition therefore my registration was cancelled -_- my question is, there's a late registration next week, which is when i was supposed to start classes. can i just re-register then? the only thing i'm waiting on is my financial aid to go through and that shouldn't take more than a week. i tried calling the school & no one is answering and i tried looking on my school's website and it really doesn't say what to do if your registration is cancelled... help?

The other post a couple down got me wondering, how does your school handle things like registration and bills?
In my school we have to have a meeting with our advisor like a week or two before we can register. There we discuss our grades and possible courses and they give you a card with a specific date and time you can register and a number to type in to let you do so. It goes by how many credits you've already completed, so essentially by class as in seniors get first pick. You can add / drop courses through the first week of classes. It's all online so you never have to wait in line to get first pick or whatever. If your bill is late, rather than dropping you from your registered courses they tack on a $30 fee which I think is awesome and way less stressful if things aren't going quite as planned. Of course if you keep not paying throughout the semester they keep tacking on more fees every few weeks.

I need your help divierto-ians. Yes, I called you that. See, I'm moving soon but I just recently purchased a new(ish) computer. I pay on it bi-weekly because well, I'm too poor to just pay up front for something. I pay about 50 dollars every two weeks. The place I bought it at has this 120 day same as cash thing, so if I pay $889 by March 19th, I'll own the computer. If I don't have that much paid by then, I'll end up paying like $2,000 after the interest and fees and everything. Since I live with my bf, and we are moving out of state, he's offered to pay for half of what I still owe before we move as long as I pay the other half. (right now I owe $665 before March 19). I'm thinking about just going to him with the idea of buying a new laptop instead. The computer I am paying for now is used (but barely). I want a Mac but we don't have the money for that right now so I was thinking one of these would be good.
Which one would you buy div? Let's exclude the price since they're all under what I owe anyways, out of the three....looking at what they have to offer, which one would any of you prefer? I like the first two because they have webcams and are hp's. But I currently have a dell and am kind of falling in love with it.
Also, do any of you have laptops like these? Or, if you don't what kind do you have and what do you think is the most important thing to look for when buying a laptop?
