so, last night my computer froze and i shut it off by pushing in the button and i just started it up and all of my desktop icons are gone/i can't right click or do anything on the desktop as if it's stuck frozen. i tried restarting it but the shut off and restart options on the 'start' menu aren't working. does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm really excited to go to an adult gymnastics class on Tuesday.
I'm curious though...have any of you ever gone to an "adult" class for something like this (dance, gymnastics, etc.)? Should I be worried that I'll be the only twenty year old there? Should I be worried that I'll be the only male there? Haha. Or hey if any of you are into gymnastics or dance or whatever do you know what adult classes are normally like?
I'd really like to know what to expect. :/

so, div, help me out! i'll talk to official people about this once i have it figured out .. but i go to a private art college thats 15 miles away from home. i just had the major realization[haha] that i can take basic classes[english, a language, ect.] at the community college less than 2 miles away from my house. Say I were to take likeee 3 classes at my current school, and 2 at the community college. would i still be considered a full time student and would i be able to get my financial aid? idk if it's different in different states but i live in ny. my brother in law said i'd just have to get the credits transferred from the community college, but I'm planing on transferring schools anyways next fall. so help me! what do you think?

Does anyone know how a banks drive-thru tube system works? I work at a freakin' bank and I don't even know. If you could find a graph that would be even more awesome.
Also, my co-worker received this seriously romantic love letter from one of our customers who is married. AND ROSES. I am seriously jealous. Not that a married guy isn't hitting on me - that my own HUSBAND doesn't write me love letters or send me flowers! Men suck.

2. leave class early to get to said event late, go alone and meet friends there (which will mean i will have to line up outside alone for who knows how long)

i am in another state finishing school and my boyfriend is home in ny and obviously that sucks but we manage to stay connected. tonight being halloween, i decided to make him a cute little video saying i miss him and love him and just cute stuff and of course, wishing him happy halloween. so... he signs on aim and i say "please check your email" and he goes off on me saying that he's listening to a radio show and his friend is over and that he will not check it infront of him (he thinks we have a thing for eachother)... so i was just blown away by his rudeness and was like "just please" and he said the file was messed up so i direct connect with him and i guess he accidentally connected and realized it and blocked me. so i start crying and am like "wtf" because i just wanted him to see my video before i leave for a halloween party. long story short, i sign onto another sn and tell him he's mean and he blocks me again. who is right in this situation and would you be pissed? or am i over reacting and being annoying? :(
