Labels were really mostly a matter of perspective, at least in this case. Rebel and terrorist were about to become very prevalent in the news, though the Capitol was definitely going to only be using one side of that coin. Insurgents. Seditionists. They were all about to deal with some very ugly things, and frankly the last thing Peggy thought mattered was how they ended up being touted in the gossip circles nearby. Oh, she'd make it her business all the same, but that was just good strategy.
More things to discuss with Steve later, hopefully with Tony in attendance. They were the two key players here, really. The man with the voice and the man with the resources. It would all come down to how they wielded what they had, and how quickly they could do it. None of it would matter if everyone managed to get killed in the Games in the meantime (with the outliers like Peggy or Bucky being mopped up after in some "accident").
"It's a start," Peggy allowed with a wry smile. "Though I might've been at something of a better advantage, coming from One." She hadn't found it difficult to adjust, back then. It was just geography. That, and Peggy had always been adaptable. She'd made it a focus to always look poised and composed no matter what, and the rest would come in time.
Manicured fingers plucked at the envelope, though Peggy made no move to examine it. She'd very little intention of using its contents, but wouldn't put up a fuss about something inconsequential as bills right now. "You're good to think ahead," she agreed, serenely. "We'll keep one another company, she and I." Lips curved again, a fondness softening the expression. "I'm trying to persuade my father to take a vacation as well. He's been after me about grandchildren, and I suspect exposure to a teenager might buy me a little more time on that front." It was a gentle tease, though she wanted to make it clear she'd family to worry about too. They were all working on a similar playing field, at least in the abstract.
