If this is a date meal, go for steak. Get extras and practice first. Season it, use a hot pain. You'll want a nice crust. Put butter on it at the very end, then leave it for ten minutes. Roast some vegetables to go with it. And you can't go wrong with mashed potatoes. Ask the clerk at the shop for a wine recommendation, something red.
